Digital Artists Agency Welcomes Lighting/Look Dev Artist Tyler Esselstrom

March 23, 2010 —DAA is happy to announce the signing of Tyler Esselstrom, Lighting TD/Look development Artist.

About Tyler Esselstrom
Tyler Esselstrom, who hails from Miami Florida is new in town. His first stop in California was the talented game cinematics house, Studio Pendulum (San Diego) lead by Robert Taylor and Michael McCormick who ironically were represented by DAA back in 2000. Capitalizing on Tyler's shader writing skills and keen eye, Cafe FX Santa Maria worked with him as a remote freelancer and eventually had him join the Alice team as a look dev artist. He ultimatelyreceived a Lighting Lead credit for Alice.

Many people represented by DAA not surprisingly come from referrals. Such was the case with Tyler. DAA artists pointed him out as someone of substance and potential.

His first assignment with DAA has been Digital Domain Commercials. We look forward to introducing this young talent to our network of VFX customers.
